Construction of tailoring workshop for production of tactical clothing

Kosrang Ltd. is a company registered in the beginning of 2008, with headquarters and address of management village Kovach, municipality Radnevo, area Stara Zagora. The company is represented and managed by Mrs. Tamara Angelova Vasileva. The company specializes in developing tactical clothing under its own brand, for the needs of police and army troops, as well as for security companies. The project of Kosrang is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of rural areas by investing in the construction and equipment of a new production tailoring workshop in its own plot VI 50 sq.8 located in the village of Kovach. The present project aims to meet the need to increase the production capacity of the company, as Kosrang Ltd. can not respond the customers' requests - there is no rhythm of the deliveries and the ordered items can not be made in time. At present, the applicant's machines are old, fully depreciated, and the working conditions in this workshop (converted old house in the property) do not meet the criteria for developing modern production process. These needs require the construction of a new building in the property with a total built-up area of ​​249.6 m2, in which the production will be organized together with all the mandatory premises for the personnel, purchase of new, high-performance machines, as well as investments aimed at achieving energy and resource efficiency in the production process. Thus, after the implementation of the project proposal, the objectives of providing higher production capacity will be achieved, which will allow to be served the target groups of clients of the company - such as Arsenal Kazanlak, VMZ Sopot, Kintex and others. Expected results are about five times higher (and in some nomenclatures and up to 30 times) increase in finished products, elimination of external outsourcing services, increased energy and resource efficiency, and increased annual revenue of the company.
