Extension of Metal Products Production through Purchasing of Modern Equipment in IVO MANCHI 2 Ltd Company, the town of Karlovo

The Project proposal is directed to improvement of production capacity of a micro enterprise having the history of about 10 years in the field of a wide range production of metal manufactured goods (non-standard equipment, tooling equipment and spare parts etc.), situated in the town of Sopot village municipality. The enterprise has a stable market presence in the municipality, in Plovdiv district, as well as in the country, with clients from more than 80 countries and private companies, including foreign clients. Regardless of its good market position and comparative advantages, a weak link is the confined production process, which makes difficult the widening of its production capacity and the production renovation policy. Recently, “IVO MANCHI 2” Ltd Company is building a new object, using own resources, in the neighbouring village municipality – the town of Karlovo, where will be the investment being a subject of our Project. By purchasing of modern advanced technology equipment, funded by the Project under Sub measure 6.4.1. of the Programme – CNC horizontal lathe milling function. The company will increase its production capacity and range, will have a higher assortment variety and reduced production expenses. The ensured high quality of the offered product at reduced costs will guarantee higher competitiveness of the Candidate. Implementing the Project, the Company will contribute and guarantee new working stations (2 persons) in the village municipality, which will guarantee turnover reduction and will have a good impact on the seasonal fluctuations in employment, creating a modern working environment and will benefit the diversification and non-agricultural activities.
