The project proposal of TST Metal Ltd includes the construction of a workshop for the production of metal products, located at PI 000264 on the territory of the village of Konska with EKATTE 41126, Ravnishte municipality,Breznik municipality,Pernik district The project includes investments for the establishment of two functional the larger one will house the actual production and in the smaller it will be located the administrative and household part of the workshop.The building is one-storey with a metal bearing structure and will produce and produce metal elements(articles) by cutting,welding,turning,milling,etc.Workers' changing rooms and sanitary facilities are located next to the production premises, the warehouse for profiles and steel sheets and finished products are defined as functional areas in the production area itself.The administrative and household part will consist of the following premises: quality control laboratory, testing room, corridor, disabled toilet for visitors and living room with dressing rooms and rest zone.The living area also has a sink with sinks, a bathroom and a toilet. Given the nature of the work, only male dressing rooms are provided.To the administrative part of the house we have a direct external entrance,as well as a warm connection between it and the working room. Within the property will be built three parking lots, next to the entrance for cars from the southeast and the administrative and household part of the workshop.In addition to investments focused on construction and assembly activities,the project also includes investments in the purchase of the necessary equipment and furnishings for the normal operation of the metalworking workshop. In connection with the realization of the project TEI METAL EOOD plans to hire a total of 10 staff for the needs of the workshop In the implementation of the project proposal, the company will create a total of 10 jobs, which declares Priority 6.1 Projects creating new works places.
