Construction of a workshop for the production of wooden pallets

This project proposal consists of the construction of a workshop for production of wooden pallets. It is envisaged that the building itself will be built with the necessary height and space, allowing normal production line for the processing of timber and pallet production. The workshop will be equipped with the necessary new machines - modern and automated - which will provide more productivity and safe working conditions. Internal transport service will be provided by a forklift. More specifically, the project includes the construction of a production hall with an area of ​​510 sq. M, an administrative area of ​​75 sq. M. and the installation of a pallet production line comprising a multistage saw blade, a log splitting machine, a pendulum / circular saw for cross cutting / chip cutting, a pallet forging line, a piston compressor with a 500 liter bottle, pneumatic tool for nailing up to 60mm, pneumatic tool for forging nails up to 90mm.
