Construction of a production and warehouse base for production of decorative shutters for junction boxes.

Through the construction of the production and storage facilities, mentioned in the present project, will improve the organization in the distribution of raw materials, materials and finished products, their storage, sales and transportation. The warehousing of goods, materials and products is one of the main subsystems of the logistic system, accompanying each activity-production and commercial. Their appropriate storage will affect the preservation of their properties and limit the losses caused by the effects of external climatic factors. For the construction of production premises was decided after a financial analysis of the company activity and on the recommendation of the analysts to expand its activity. The production of decorative shutters for junction boxes will have a positive impact on the company's commercial and construction activities. With the establishment of suitable warehouse and production premises, which will diversify the activities of the company, as well as the construction of a modern administrative-exhibition sector, will improve the economic performance of the company, most significantly reflecting Competitiveness, efficiency and profit. The vision of a modern and well-situated production and trade base, offering comfort to its employees and customers, will increase the trust of customers, suppliers and partners. The current project proposal is applying for a grant for the construction of a production and warehouse (for raw materials and finished products) and for part of the costs of construction of the administrative-exhibition centre/part of Stage-constructive/. For the remainder of the investment related to the construction of administrative-exhibition sector and purchase of a machine for the production of decorative shutters for junction boxes, no application for CCD is applied.
