"BUILDING OF PLASTERS FOR POLYETHYLENE PRODUCTS IN THE REGION XI-2.8, 2.9, 2.28, 2.7, 3.26 - PRODUCTION ACTIVITY IN QUALITY AREA 1 BY POOL OF BOLYARTSI"

The site is located on a single level in a newly designed building. They are located: - Production Hall. - Two warehouses - Dressing room with bathroom - Rest and dining room - Office In the newly built building, waste polyethylene will be processed to obtain a grain granulate. The necessary equipment is provided to ensure production. The annual load will be regulated by market demand. Technological process: The production area subject to this development will be supplied with waste polyethylene balls. They are then released from the bonding and charging of the Rolang polyethylene pieces. They pass through a mill and are poured into a wash / wash bath by means of a conveyor belt. The water in this bathtub is recyclable, it will be charged once and will be added if necessary. Periodically the contents of the tub will be taken to a septic tank where it will be directed to regulated purification sites. It is then transferred to a drainage block from the water, and pneumatically dried in a cyclone, from where it is transferred to cyclone pure material. This completes the first stage of the activity - milling and washing of the delivered material. In the technological order, the pure material is routed through a roll-charging metal detector. The purpose is to remove possible metal parts. The material is delivered to a hopper granulating machine where it comes in a screw to it. Here, heating and bringing the material into a plastic state. In this way, passing through a granulating head forms the final restraint. The latter passes through block cooling, cyclone drying, and pneumatically delivers the finished product to the hopper. It is then stretched into sacks. Regranulata can be used on its own, as well as in percentage terms, to the basic granulate for the production of polyethylene products. A production line for the processing of waste polyethylene will be purchased on its own account.
