Investments in a production facility for manufacturing of packaging by Flexpack

Flexpack will organize the production of packaging by building a printing base, offices and warehouse for ready-made products in its own land in Regulated Land 29.430, massif 29, Fidanluka area in the village of Markovo, Rodopi municipality. The project has been prepared and approved by the Chief Architect technical projects of the Municipality of Rodopi and a building permit has been issued. Polyethylene and polypropylene flexible packages will be produced, which will be processed on a flexo machine and part of them will be cut into envelopes. The industrial building is located in the northwestern part of the property and the administrative part is provided on two levels. The production building is divided into two main premises, where the entire technological process will be carried out. The property has a total built up area of 994.50 sq.m. New working places will be created within the project.
