Construction of a furniture production factory in Area 001026 in Yoakim Gruevo Village, Stamboliyski municipality, Plovdiv region

With this investment ET "MEBELI BAKALOV - GEORGI BAKALOV" intends to build a workshop for production of furniture in UPI I-001026 in the land of the village of Joakim Gruevo, Stamboliiski municipality. The designed building has a total built-up area of ​​684.77 sq.m. It is planned to purchase technological equipment for the purposes of the production process with own funds. The annual production capacity of the furniture workshop is the production of 300 office furniture sets, one set of office furniture consisting of a desk, office desk, a container, a shelf and a document cabinet. The main materials for the production of office furniture will be laminated particleboard, laminated MDF, wood fiber / Laminated and ordinary wood-based panels. The organizational and technical structure, the ordering of the production process is in sequence resulting from the adopted technology and determines the production method in the workshop. The total amount of the investment amounts to BGN 524 584.64. The main products to be produced and sold are the following: - Set of office furniture (desk, office desk, container, shelf and document cabinet) This project proposal aims at promoting employment, opening new jobs and preserving existing jobs.
