Supply and commissioning of new equipment in a workshop for the production of napkins

OREGON INDUSTRY Ltd. was established in 2013 in the town of Gotse Delchev. The main business is the production of napkins The investment project proposal includes the supply of machines and equipment that are a line for the production of napkins. Line activity is organized as follows: - A storage site for the raw material to be delivered (unloaded by a lorry) to Gazocar, equipped with a special paper-handling paper cassette is provided. - Gaskar will deliver the raw material to the napkin maker - Ready made napkins will go through a packing machine that packs them in packages. - The waste material will pass through the waste press. - The packed napkins will be stacked in cartons and will go through the carton sticker - Finished cartons will be stacked in pallets for transport and shipment and will be folded through the stretch wrapping machine to achieve pallet durability during transportation and maintain the integrity of the transport batch during transport. Pallet height up to 2.80 m will result in a more efficient use of transport, given the high volume and low cost of the products. - A new compressor will be introduced for the new machines, Following the introduction of the investment, production capacity will double, and the product range will be expanded. With the new machines, optimization of costs and reduction of marriage will be achieved as well as increased efficiency of the enterprise. New sustainable jobs will be created and output for export and the internal market will increase. In the Gotse Delchev region there are two big napkin manufacturers - Zebra and Gama Piper. With the implementation of this project, Oregon Industry's competitiveness will increase and the market share of the local and foreign markets will increase. The new activities include: Delivery of equipment, installation, 72 hour samples and commissioning.
