Equipment of a production workshop for pressure vessels and metal products, and ensuring sustainable employment in Eco Gas Engineering Ltd.

EKO GAZ ENGINEERING Ltd. was established in 2005 with the following activities: design, construction, maintenance and repair of industrial installations: steam and hot water heating installations, gas installations, production of steam and water collectors, equipment for distilleries for essential oils oils and their overall construction. The production facilities of the company are located in the town of Parvomay, Plovdiv. In order to be competitive with the other companies operating in the sector, Eko Gas Engineering Ltd. must have a strong professional and technological capacity in order to be able to handle large volumes of orders with short execution times and guaranteed high quality of finished products. The main problems faced by the company at the moment are related to the low staff, the low production capacity and the impossibility of servicing the growing demand. A limited number of large and complex orders can now be taken to meet the deadlines demanded by customers. This requires serious investment to improve quality and production capacity. The implementation of this project will help solve identified problems by purchasing and introducing new, modern and high-quality equipment, which will greatly improve the quality. The production capacity of an enterprise will increase by more than 100% compared to 2017. It is planned to purchase the following equipment: Four-leaf hydraulic sheet baler - 1; Welding column machine - 1; Crane single girder 10 tons - 1; 3.5 tonne forklift with dual fuel system (gas / gas) - 1 pc. The implementation of the project will lead to a successful and financed investment project, to a staffed of 10, as well as to expanding the capacity of the existing business unit, reducing unit production costs, developing environmentally friendly production and improving the energy efficiency of the company.
