Purchase of technological equipment for the production of thermo-reactive plastic housing for electrical equipment

For the purposes of the new activity of the Company is a long-term rental space in the village of Borima, General Troyan. It is envisaged the production of parts for electrical equipment - housings of thermo-reactive plastic with dimensions from 12/2/8 cm to 20/4/12 cm. The details are used for subsequent manufacture of electrical appliances and equipment. The investment consists of purchasing the necessary technological equipment for their production, with a maximum annual production capacity of 276000 units, and in the first 3 forecast years the plant plans to operate at 50% of the maximum capacity or 138000 units per year. The new and modern technological equipment for the production of thermo-reactive plastics housings is intended to introduce a new non-agricultural production activity for the Company with high quality of the offered products as well as a high capacity of products offered for a unit of time way and improving the overall competitiveness of the company on the market. Improvement of the overall activity of the company is envisaged to ensure the creation of new jobs in a rural area while preserving all existing ones. Electro-technical equipment housings are mainly made of ordinary plastics, unlike the current investment which provides for the use of a thermo-reactive raw material. The material is of higher thermal and strength-mechanical qualities - respectively safer (more flammable) and of higher quality, which gives the Company competitive advantage. The company plans to realize the investment within 24 months.
