BIMETA Ltd. envisages the construction of a base with a total built-up area of ​​819.00 sq.m. property owned by the investor. The project envisages the building to be located in the southwestern part of the plot. In volume terms, the project proposal will consist of three parts, consisting of a production hull, a bit and a boiler room. Functionally, the production part of the building is designed as a one-storey one-storey hall, and in its most southwestern part there is a separate warehouse for finished products. The project provides for the construction of a pellet boiler in the southeastern part of the production hall as a separate volume adjoined to the hall for the needs of the base. For servicing the residents of the base, the residential building, which is glued to the main hall on its northeastern facade, has been developed. The project envisages the two-storey residential building, on the first floor there is a living room for the workers, two toilets with an anteroom / washroom / to them and a rest room. An internal staircase leads to the second floor of the residential building where the production manager's office and a bathroom are located. BIMETA Ltd. relies on the construction of an object that leads to high energy efficiency, thus reducing the harmful environmental influences. The building designed for construction with the provided thermal insulation system meets the requirements of Art. 4, para. 5, item 4 of Ordinance 7 "Energy Efficiency of Buildings". The specificity of the work of the production company requires qualified personnel with experience and skills in the field of cold treatment of metals. With the investments under the project, the applicant will create 10 jobs, use of priority 6.1 For each new job created as a result of the investment, the applicant will receive 3 points but no more than 30.
