The project envisages the addition and upgrading of the footwear plant, administrative warehouses and retail outlets. The object is a massive building on two levels, the first level being existing, and the newly built will be only the second level. Visually, functionally and constructively, the building is divided into two parts: administrative and production. For the administrative part, materials have been used to highlight the facade, using structural glazing and silicone plaster where applicable. For the production part, the facade is styled in an industrial style of thermal panels, the roof is also covered with roof thermo panels emphasizing the production character of this part of the building.
