Construction and equipment of a furniture workshop in the town of Svilengrad, Haskovo

Through this project proposal, Lana Trade Ltd. intends to invest in the following activities: - Construction of a furniture workshop with a built-up area of ​​545.61 sq.m. and an administrative building with an area of ​​55 sq.m. in own property with cadastral counter 089020, "Novo selo", on the territory of the town of Svilengrad, Svilengrad, Haskovo region - Vertical planning of the property on an area of ​​1500 sq.m. - Purchase and installation of technological equipment for production of furniture from chipboard, MDF and solid wood, including: CNC drilling machine, automatic edging machine, electronically programmable, form cutting circular saw and aspiration. As a result of these investments, Lana Trade Ltd. will have the necessary premises and facilities for production of a wide range of high quality furniture of medium and high class incl. kitchen and furnishing, as well as hotel, restaurant and office furniture. The total value of the project proposal is BGN 698,358.72 and is expected to be realized within 12 months.
