Improvement of the production capacity of Bamp;M Company EOOD by making investments in a workshop for production of linings and PVC doors and PVC windows

The present project proposal provides for investments in the existing plant for the production of PVC doors and windows and linings for PVC doors and windows at Bamp;M Company Ltd, in the town of Glodzhevo. The investments, provided under the project shall include as follows: - Major overhaul of the production building in view of its differentiation in the workshop for production of linings and PVC doors and windows. The repairs shall include as follows: Complete reconstruction of the building, including the replacement of the roof; setting up of a warehouse for raw materials and finished products, improvement of the production facility’s site. The project also provides for the purchase of equipment - UPS / three-phase uninterrupted power supply with an active power of 50kW / to ensure the normal operation of the production lines. The newly purchased UPS shall eliminate the power cuts in the manufacturing process - the major issue of producing rejections during the production process, of more than 10% (at the moment). The newly renovated building will facilitate the company in starting a new production line - for the manufacture of linings for PVC doors and windows, made from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). That will become possible through providing new production areas (currently not available) to accommodate a machine, now available at the company's premises to produce the new product. The project shall be completed for a period of 36 months at the maximum. The place of delivery shall be the town of Glodzhevo - characterized by high levels of unemployment and a low share of foreign investment. As a result of the newly realized investment, 3 new job positions shall be opened - for operators to service the equipment, manufacturing the new product - linings for PVC doors and windows, made from TPE. All products, manufacturing by the company fall under the economic activity code No.22.23, according to the Classification of Economic Activities.
