Reconstruction and reorganization of a building in a metalworking workshop, located in a land plot with ID №03616.501.1614 - town of Belogradchik

The present project is related to the reconstruction and readjustment of a building in a workshop for the production of metal elements on the land of town of Belogradchik, Belogradchik municipality, Vidin region. Construction works are planned. According to the prepared technical project, the restructured enterprise is expected to have all the resources necessary to adequately and fully satisfy the planned activities in the production of metal elements. Optimal conditions for production, quality assurance and storage will be ensured, according to the technological parameters and the sequence of operations specified in the design documentation. The planned activities for the production in the enterprise will be in full compliance with the quality standards, hygiene, safety and ecological quality of the production process approved in the country and EU. Therefore, the investor's expectations are that the current project will contribute for raising the economic performance, productivity and competitiveness of the metal parts workshop. The undertaken activities will support the development and diversification of the economic situation in the area and will create new opportunities for alternative income insurance for the local population. The investment will undoubtedly have a high efficiency in terms of reducing unemployment and creating employment for residents of the municipality. The applicant plans to open 10 new jobs positions.
