Reconstruction and new construction of an existing furniture workshop and purchase of new equipment for the needs of Popov - 83 Ltd.

Popov - 83 Ltd. was founded in 2010, with headquarters and address of management Velingrad, 7 Ivan Ushev Str. The company has an extremely well organised and maintained production room for custom made furniture. Its success is based on the established and strengthened lasting relationships with customers, focusing entirely on satisfying their needs. Nevertheless, due to the increasing competition and the dynamics of the market, the management of the company in the person of the sole owner of the capital - Vasil Popov and the manager takes the strategic decision to expand the production facilities and to build an administrative part to the existing building so that administrative offices for the personnel , exhibition hall and detachment of a piece for sewing machines for the needs of the production of upholstered furniture. In addition, it plans to buy new machinery needed for the production activities and thus to achieve greater productivity, better energy efficiency and higher quality production. The establishment of an exhibition center will allow the company to attract new customers and to establish itself in the furniture production market. With this project proposal, "Popov - 83" Ltd. is applying under sub-measure 6.4.1 "Investments in support of non-agricultural activities" of the RDP 2014-2020, announced by Order RD 09-831 of 04.09.2018. The implementation of the project proposal, through the successful implementation of the investment intention to expand the capacity of the production enterprise, will contribute to the achievement of Priority 6 and 6A of the RDP 2014-2020 - Promoting social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in rural areas and Facilitating diversification, the creation and development of small businesses, and the creation of jobs."
