ET "Vodoley - Totka Trifonova" is a micro enterprise which deals with agricultural activity. The trader has rented a mill and warehouse for finished products, a portal with a home lab and a scales, as well as a workshop for bread, bakery and confectionery, and fast food snacks, along with much of the equipment needed for making bread. In order to be able to offer and produce the most sought-after type of bread - sliced ​​and packaged, it is necessary to purchase additional equipment and about this investment, which includes: a bread cutting machine, a clip machine and a helical bread cooler, funding is sought under this project. The sole trader will improve and diversify his activities by closing the production cycle, starting from the production of agricultural products - wheat, through their initial processing to flour, and with the help of the current project - realizing on the market ready for consumption and good commercial status, endurance and product quality - packed and sliced ​​bread. After the delivery, installation and commissioning of the new equipment, it is planned 10 new employees to be hire and serve the machines, thus fulfilling some of the project objectives: Opening new jobs and preserving existing jobs; Reducing seasonal fluctuations in employment; Development of non-agricultural activities in rural areas; The new activity of the applicant will be implemented in several stages: 1) Buying and putting into operation the necessary equipment 2) Recruitment and organization of the necessary production and logistic flows 3) Placement of production. After the implementation of the project, it is envisaged that the company "Vodolai - Totka Trifonova" will have the opportunity to produce an annual average of 3585600 pcs. sliced ​​and packaged bread.
