Construction of an optical cable manufacturing company in Simitli town

The project includes investments in construction and repair works in order to build a new production base for the production of optical cables. In the realization of the project activities will be built: production workshop with administrative room, open-air fence around the property for security purposes, landscaping and vertical planning (described in Table 1 of the Business Plan). A single bid was received for the execution of the construction works as the costs were included in the list of reference values of the SFA (listed in TDI). Based on this offer, a contract for construction and repair works has been signed. In order to ensure the production, the purchase of technological equipment described in the Technological part is envisaged, which will be done with own funds (as indicated in Table 1A). In the implementation of the activities, 10 new job positions will be appointed, described in the Technological section.
