The candidate’s project proposal is targeted towards the production of products that are not included in Annex 1 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union under KID – 2008 – 25.12 in rural area by building and equipment of a production hall for production of metal joinery in UPI II-TPK-1-st Ma, district 137, Septemvri town, Septemvri Municipality, Pazardjik district. The production hall area is 398,17 sq. m. and it is a part of an existing production site of “Hydrotek” Ltd. The project also includes the implementation of an area vertical planning. The production site has year-round working cycle. By the realization of this project proposal, the candidate plans a modernization of available production capacities and the improvement of their usage, as well as improvement of resource efficiency. With the fulfillment of the current project proposal the candidate will reveal permanent jobs positions which will stimulate the social reception and will decrease the seasonal fluctuation in employment in the region. All project activities will be fulfilled in an environmentally friendly way. Until now the candidate is not project supported by the EU community.
