The present project was developed under the terms of reference of AGROSTROY ENGINEERING LTD. The aim of the project is the construction of a workshop for the production of metal and wooden products from finished profiles. The production nomenclature includes: Metal products for steel structures Warehouse parts for steel structures Wooden products (beams and boards) for building structures The assets to be purchased under this procedure are the following: Band saw for metal profiles at 90/45 Profiling-bending machine Tabletop drilling machine Drilling-milling machine Compressors Piston compressors Desktop circular saw for cutting at 90 / 45 Hydraulic press lathe Horizontal Streimus Abricht Four-sided milling machine Forming table milling machine Aspiration system Welding apparatus 420 A - 1 pc. Welding apparatus 200 A 3ph - 1 pcs. Transformer station 410A-1 pc. Inverter welding machine 180A-2 pcs. Inverter welding apparatus 251 A- 1 pcs The project proposal also includes the building and assembly works for the construction of the buildings. The production building has a size of 45.46 x 16.46 m. The building has a steel construction on a reinforced concrete base. Inside the building will be built sanitary and office premises on two levels. At elevation 0 are located the premises in which the production activity of the workshop will be carried out, namely: metalworking plant; timber processing plant; metal finishing plant and workshop; staff change 2 pieces; bathroom unit 2 pieces; technical room . At elevation 3.15 there are administrative and sanitary rooms: Offices 2 pieces; Changing room Sanitary unit.
