Sustainable Development of a Small Farm in the Region of Pazardzhik

The farm does have enough farmland for its development. The arable land will not be increased in future. Farm will be specialized in the field of vegetable crops, greenhouse and outdoor production. Implementation of the business plan begins in the first business year by completing a 150 hours course in agriculture and purchasing a sprayer. During the first business year additional 0,0400 hectares with greenhouse tomatoes will be planted. Farmer will plant also and 0,2200 hectares with outdoor tomatoes. The production will increase and the cost of production will be significantly reduced. With higher production volumes, the possibility of more profitable contracts for the purchase of wholesale products will be sought. All the requirements issued from the national and European legislation will be followed. He will declare each year her areas for direct payments support and state aid schemes applicable to her holding.
