For the restructuring of the farm and adaptation to market conditions, the farmer will continue to cultivate available perennial crops and start a new farming activity of tomato open production and spinach second / intermediate crop during the 2020/2021 marketing period. With the start of tomato growing open production and spinach second / intermediate crop will meet the requirements of Objective 1. "Increase the economic size of the farm, measured by a minimum of 2000 euros".New crops will be cultivated using the conventional farming method. To reduce the cost of external mechanized services and to maintain the gap between permanent crops in good agricultural condition, the farmer plans to purchase a mower / trimmer in November-December 2020. In order to meet the Community Standards on Phytosanitary Requirements and the Law to protect the plants, the farmer will continue to keep the diaries strictly.This will accomplish Goal 4 "Reaching compliance with Community Standards on Veterinary and Phytosanitary Requirements, Animal Welfare, Environmental Protection, Hygiene, Safety and Safety at Work".
