Start-up aid for the development of a small holding of farmer Radka Neycheva for cherry growing and creation of a new cherry garden.

The farmer cultivated 10,434 decares of cherry gardens. In order to restructure its holding, the beneficiary intends to rent / purchase 3,000 decares of land in the second year of implementing the business plan and to create a new 3,000 decares of cherry garden. For this purpose, the applicant will purchase from a licensed producer of seedlings 150 trees that will be grafted on a mahalebka pad, according to the scheme 5m to 4m - 50 pcs. in ha. In this way, it will fulfill objective 1 of its business plan - "Increase of the economic size of the holding with a minimum of EUR 2000 measured in Standard production volume"In order to optimize the production on the farm, the beneficiary plans to purchase a motor sprayer suitable for the farm's needs. This investment will take up to nine months after the approval of the project. Activities to achieve compliance with the Plant Protection Act are foreseen. For this purpose, the beneficiary will continue with the regular maintenance of plant protection diaries and used fertilizers, soil improvers and biologically active substances. She will pass a PRP course.
