Starting aid for economic development and strengthening of the agricultural farm of Atanas Hristov with main activity of growing bee families and increasing their number through own breeding activities

In order to restructure the farm and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will increase the number of bee colonies through his own breeding activity of 125. when applying for the sub-measure of 160 pcs. to the year of verification of the implementation of the business plan. As the number of bee families increases, the requirements of Objective 1 will be fulfilled. "Increase of the economic size of the farm with a minimum of 2000 euro standard production volume".To reduce manual labor in one of the basic processes such as crop printing and honey extraction, the farmer will purchase an electric centrifuge and a tub for printing in February-March 2021. This will accomplish Goal 8 "Improved mechanization of the holding by buying of agricultural machinery, plant and equipment for the needs of the agricultural holding - an investment of at least the BGN equivalent of EUR 2 000. "The farmer will meet the requirements (Objective 5) for professional skills and competences to conserve the environmental components by receiving the TA2 advisory package under sub-measure 2.1.2 "Small Farmer Consulting Services". The receipt of the TA 2 Package under sub-measure 2.1.2 will be the activity with which the farmer will start the implementation of the business plan after the submission of the project proposal but no later than nine months from the date of concluding the administrative agreement for the granting of financial aid (February-May 2020).The farmer will meet Objective 4 "Reaching compliance with Community Standards on Veterinary and Phytosanitary Requirements, Animal Welfare, Environmental Protection, Hygiene, Safety and Safety at Work by Purchasing a Workwear Set including Personal protective equipment for work in apiary (October-November 2020).
