The total area of ​​perennial plums is 10,997 decares. The lease agreement is for a period of six business years, which is notarized, registered in the registry agency of the District Court. Pleven and registered in OZ, Pleven. The farmer owns his own agricultural machinery - a shepherd; sprayer, spine, gasoline - 2 pieces and trimmer. Orchards are over thirty years of age and are fruitful. They are planted with a plan of 5.00 m / 4.80 m or with 42 trees per hectare. The planted plum variety is Stanley. Trees are high-stemmed and with large crowns. The soil surface in the plantations is maintained by grassing and mowing accordingly. Orchards are grown under irrigated conditions. The size of the harvested stone fruit species-plums will increase by 3.000 decares to the selected period for the inspection, by renting existing ones. The total amount will reach up to 13.997 decares, which will be maintained until the end of the fifth year of the period of the business plan.
