Growing bee families

Kremena Dimitrova Dimitrova's farm is located on the territory of the village of Velikan, Dimitrovgrad municipality, Haskovo district. It is not located in a mountainous area, does not fall within protected areas, but falls within the protected areas of Maritsa Parvomay - PA under the Birds Directive and Marica River - PA under the Habitats Directive. It does not fall under the nitrate vulnerable zones. The farm is developing in the "Livestock" sector - raising bee families. During the 2018/2019 marketing year, the farmer grows 125 bee families. The apiary is registered in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Veterinary Medicine and Ordinance 10/2015 on the conditions for registration and the procedure for identification of bee families. The applicant plans to continue its development in the same direction by increasing the number of bee families
