Growing of permanent crops

During the current 2018/2019 economic year, perennial plum plantations are planted on a farm, which is planted on a tenanted property of 10,983 decares. The lease contract is for a six-year term, which is certified by a notary, entered in the Registry Agency at the Regional Court, Pleven and registered at the Regional Court in Pleven. The farmer owns his own agricultural machinery - a shepherd; sprayer, spine, petrol; trailer up to 500 kg and trimmer. The orchard is over thirty years of age and is fruitful. It is planted with a plan of 5.00 m / 4.80 m or with 42 trees per hectare. The planted plum variety is Stanley. The orchard is grown conventionally and under irrigated conditions. By the review period, the total amount of the plum orchard will reach 13,983 acres, which will be maintained until the end of the fifth year of the business plan period. The increase in the size of the orchards will be accomplished by hiring existing stone fruit plums.
