Start-up aid for the development of a small holding of farmer Todor Valkov for growing apples, tomatoes and creating a new cherry garden.

The farmer will continue with the cultivation of 10,003 decares of apple gardens and 3,001 decares of open-source tomatoes. In order to restructure its economy, the beneficiary intends to rent 3,000 decares of land on which to set up a cherry garden in the second year of the business plan. For this purpose, it will buy from a licensed producer of fruit planting material 120 pcs. trees grafted on a mahalebka pad and will create 3,000 decares of cherry garden in the planting scheme of 5m. 5m. a total of 40 pcs. trees in decare.In this way, it will fulfill objective 1 of its business plan - "Increase of the economic size of the holding with a minimum of EUR 2000 measured in Standard production volume". In order to optimize the production on the holding, the beneficiary plans to purchase a disc harrow suitable for the farm's needs. This investment will take up to nine months after the approval of the project.Activities to achieve compliance with the Plant Protection Act are foreseen. For this purpose, the beneficiary will continue with the regular maintenance of plant protection diaries and used fertilizers, soil improvers and biologically active substances. She will set up a storage cabinet for plant protection products.
