The orchards are planted on two rental properties, one for ten years and the other for seven years. The orchard of 3,326 decares was planted in April 2019 and the other - 7,535 decares is old, 5,000 of which are newly planted. Plums are a variety of Stanley and Chacha Lepotica. They are looked at conventionally. Plum orchards are grown under irrigated conditions. The planting scheme is 5.00 m / 4.00 m or with 50 trees per acre. The soil surface in the orchards is grassed and mowed accordingly. The applicant does not have his own agricultural machinery. The landed properties fall into disadvantaged areas, in accordance with the Ordinance on defining the criteria for the less favored areas and their territorial scope in force from 26.02.2008. The properties that are being cultivated do not fall within the boundaries of protected areas within the meaning of the Protected Areas Act and within the boundaries of protected areas within the meaning of the Biodiversity Act. The size of the cultivated stone fruit - plums of 10,861 decares by the submission period of the project proposal will increase to 13,861 decares, by the selected inspection period. It will be maintained until the end of the fifth year of the business plan period. The increase in the size of the orchards will be realized by planting new plantations with stone fruit-plum fruit on an area of ​​3,000 decares. Planting will be done by leasing arable land of 3,000 acres.
