Development and expansion of a small beekeeping farm.

The farm is developing in the beekeeping sector. As of the date of application in the apiary, 125 are cultivated. Bee families. It is envisaged to increase the economic size of the farm as measured in the SPO (by at least 2000 EUR SPO) at the selected moment of verification for the implementation of this business plan - by increasing the number of bee families. To this end, the applicant will reproduce 35 new bee families through its own breeding activity - in the first two years (2020, 2021). Machines, plant and equipment will be purchased for the needs of the farm - electric centrifuge (need, less manual labor), a wax-melting bath, a bee-pie / bathtub and a wax press. The farmer will create the required number of bee hives for growth with the new bee families. The farmer will acquire the necessary skills and competences to address the major environmental issues in the agricultural sector. The farm will be developed only in the beekeeping sector and by the year for the second payment and by the end of the project they will take care of the cultivation of 160 bee families. Compliance with existing and newly introduced EU standards on environmental protection, hygiene, security and safety at work will be achieved.
