IMPROVING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND STRENGTHENING MLADEN STOINEV'S FARM

The farmer carries out his agricultural activity on the land of the village of Gorna Rositsa in the municipality of Sevlievo. During the current economic year, 10,860 acres of pruned fruit - plums are grown on the farm and 1,009 acres of natural meadows and 1,000 acres of fallow land are maintained. The economic size of the holding is EUR 7886.13 SDR. The utilized agricultural areas are managed under irrigation conditions. There are no irrigation systems in place and no water sources. All managed properties are their own and fall into a less developed area than the mountainous ones. The farm does not fall within the scope of Natura 2000 and does not fall within the established sanitary protection zones. The farm is located in a nitrate vulnerable zone as it is located on the territory of Sevlievo municipality at an altitude below 300 meters. The managed property does not fall within the boundaries of a protected area within the meaning of the Protected Areas Act and within the boundaries of protected areas within the meaning of the Biodiversity Act. The area of ​​the utilized agricultural land is slightly sloping. Access is not difficult. All crops are conventionally grown. The farmer does not have a contract for control and certification of organic production. The applicant has submitted applications for support under the direct payment schemes and measures. The farmer himself organizes and manages his business. There are no production staff assigned to the farm. No accounting is currently maintained. The farm does not have its own agricultural machinery. Use external services when needed. No plant protection products and fertilizers are stored on the farm. No log is kept for the chemical treatments and fertilizers used, soil improvers and biologically active substances. There is currently a risk assessment.
