The applicant plans to continue to develop in the same direction. The farm is located in the territory of the town of Shipka, Kazanlak municipality. It is in a mountainous area but is not within the range of nitrate vulnerable areas. Certified seedlings were used. The rows in the permanent plantation are maintained in black fallow. No water sources are found near the farm. The water needed for watering the crops is supplied with a tank.
