Increasing the competitiveness of Tsvetan Pashkulev's farm.

Tsvetan Pashkulev lives in the village of Karnare, municipality. Karlovo region Plovdiv. Agricultural production is the main activity of the farmer. The same, back in 2016-2017, he buys properties, intending to start farming, but without a clear vision and an idea of ​​exactly what crops. He plants different crops in different places, but understands that fragmented agriculture is ineffective and decides to enlarge his properties and focus on permanent crops - Plums and oilseed by reducing the area according to his capabilities and selling or unnecessary properties rent. He was registered as a farmer under Ordinance No. 3 of 1999 in 2018. His farm is located on 10 properties with a total area of ​​30,430 acres, own land. It specializes in the Fruits and Vegetables and Essential Oils sectors. It grows plums on an area of ​​6,516 acres, planted in the fall of 2018 and an oil rose, on an area of ​​13,599 acres. Mr Pashkulev's intention is to increase his area with an oil-bearing rose by planting another 9,019 acres. In this way, the farmer's farm will grow and the newly planted crops will form the necessary increase of the farm of 200 EURO standard production volume. Tsvetan Pashkulev manages his farm on his own and uses the help of family members in certain agrotechnical operations. At the time of application, the beneficiary of the financial aid fulfills the requirement that his holding be from 2000 to 7999 SDRs, in which case his holding is from EUR 7933.16 SDR. The applicant plans to complete an 18-hour agri-environmental training course on Environmental Components in Agriculture or a Consultative Package of National Agricultural Advisory Service (NAAS) TP 2 under sub-measure 2.1.2 "Small Farmers Advisory Services" of measure 2 " Advisory, farm management and farm replacement services' RDP 2014 - 2020
