Economic development and strengthening of the economy of "Budzhak" Ltd.

The farm is located on three properties, in the land of the village of Dolna Mahala, ECATTE 22191, under a lease with a total area of ​​17,000 decares. The applicant's intentions are on the property now growing garlic, in the spring of 2020 to create a lavender nursery, on an area of ​​0.999 acres, and in the fall of 2020, to plant another 8.001 acres of plums, which will provide the necessary growth of the farm from 2000 euros. Submits a tenancy contract for agricultural land dated April 8, 2016, for a term of 10 years, registered with the Registry Office and registered with the Municipal Agriculture Office in Kaloyanovo. The farmer has undergone a 150-hour vocational training course for a part of the Farmer profession, a specialty in Agriculture, a course in Vegetables and a 30-hour course in Environmental Protection in the Agricultural Sector, which is a prerequisite for sustainable development and farm viability and environmental factor and adaptation to climate change.
