The project proposal is abroad of permanent crops. During the support period, the farmer will increase the economic size of her farm. In order to achieve this goal, the farmer will plant three thousand acres plums. They will be plannted on the tillage. A chest motor sprayer will be bought in order to achieve more effective spraying of the permanent planting. She will increase her knowlegdes in the field of protecting the environmental components by obtaining a TP "two" consultancy package.
