Breeding of Bee families

The applicant's farm is located in the village of Malinovo, municipality. Lovech region Lovech. It is livestock breeding, involving raising bee families, totaling 125. The bee hives are located in a property that is outside the regulation of the settlement and is employed with a long-term contract, notarized and registered at the Registry Agency of the District Court, Lovech. Bee families are in-house rearing, with no mobile beekeeping being practiced. Bee grazing is provided by grass species growing in meadows and pastures, forest species of trees and shrubs, orchards, acacia, linden, sunflower and more. Drinking water for bees is provided by spring water that flows directly to the apiary. Bee families are reared in 10 frame hives from the Dadan swamp system and beehives from the following systems: Farrar, Lang Stroth Ruth and Roger Delon. Each hive is numbered as required. The apiary is registered in the BFSA-OD, Lovech and in the register for the bee families raised in the Mayor of Malinovo. A certificate for the registration of the animal breeding establishment No 576 / 03.04.2017 has been issued, which is entered in the register of the breeding objects of the Regional Forestry Inspectorate-Lovech with veterinary registration number 5582-0141 and a new registration number 4639620069. The number of bee families by the selected inspection period will increase by 40 through their own breeding activity, bringing the total to 165. The property on which the beekeeping activity is developed does not fall within the boundaries of protected territories within the meaning of the Protected Areas Act and within the boundaries of protected areas within the meaning of the Biodiversity Act.
