The candidate Ivan Vasilev Ivanov is 31 years old, family, with experience in beekeeping. He started farming in 2016, when he registered as a farmer in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance 3 of 29 January 1999. The beneficiary's farm is a livestock breeder specialized in the production of honey by organic production methods. It is located on the land of Sliven in the area of ​​Mollova Gora, where 100 are cultivated. Bee families. The farmer's income is mainly from honey sales. The apiary has been registered as an animal breeding establishment in the Regional Directorate of the Sliven under number 8800-0070. The region in which the apiary is located has good grazing, which is a factor affecting family development and honey production. The farm is managed by the producer himself. It is directly involved in the production process. In carrying out his business, he is assisted by his family members, relatives and friends without hiring additional staff. The strategic goals of the applicant are to increase the size of the farm and to make it a major source of income from its activities. In order to achieve this, his projections are to expand his business by increasing the number of bee families by the end of the third year through his own breeding activity. This will achieve an increase in the amount measured in the farm SPO at the end of the third year of implementation of the business plan. The project envisages investing part of the funds for the purchase of a trimmer mower, meeting the requirements for safe working conditions, keeping logs for instructing, providing the necessary protective equipment and protective work clothing, meeting the requirements for fire safety, and passing a 150-hour course in the field of agriculture.
