IMPROVEMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND STRENGTHENING OF ZUMBILSKA ECONOMY

Tsenka Zumbilska performs agricultural activity in the land of the village of Tsareva Livada, located on the territory of the municipality of Dryanovo, Gabrovo district. The land falls on the list of disadvantaged mountainous regions. In the current marketing year a total of 29.000 decares of utilised agricultural area will be managed on the farm. Of these, 18.700 decares of Einkorn, 1.400 decares of Natural meadows and 8.900 decares of plums. A total of eight properties are managed and five properties are own, for which the candidate has notarial deeds and current sketches, and the other three properties where the einkorn is cultivated are distributed under an agreement on the use of agricultural land for the business 2018/2019 for the land of the village of Tsareva Livada. The applicant does not have agricultural machinery. All agricultural crops are grown conventionally. The farmer carries out his agricultural activity entirely in the land included in the list of mountainous disadvantaged areas. The economic size of the holding is 7563.08 Euro SPO. The utilised agricultural areas are managed under irrigated conditions. The farm is not located in the nitrate vulnerable zone. The areas of the utilised agricultural area are sloping. The farmer has submitted applications for support under the schemes and measures for direct payments. Sam organizes and manages his activities. No production personnel are assigned to the holding. No accounting records are currently being kept. Plant protection products and fertilisers shall not be stored on the holding. No diary of chemical treatments and used fertilizers, soil improvers and biologically active substances is kept. No risk assessment has been developed at this time.
