Growing orchards - Plums and apples and maintaining natural meadows

The applicant's farm is located entirely in a mountainous area on the territory of the village of Skobelevo, Pavel banya municipality, Stara Zagora district, where perennial crops are grown - fruit plums and apples, natural meadows and set-aside are maintained. The total area under cultivation is 19,704 decares. The used agricultural properties are managed by lease agreements for a period of 6 years, notarized and registered at the Registry Agency of Kazanlak. Cultivated crops are registered in IACS. The farmer owns his own agricultural machinery for agricultural activities in the farm - tractor. During the current marketing year 2018/2019, the farm grows fruit plums on an area of ​​5,004 acres, apples on an area of ​​2,4 acres, natural meadows 6,301 and set-aside land on an area of ​​5,999 acres. The plantations carry out all the necessary plant protection measures for pest control. There are no employees on the farm for the implementation of the activity at the time of application and it is not planned to hire them for the period of the business plan implementation. The economic size of the holding at the time of application is EUR 4951,76 standard production volume (SPO).
