Economic development and strengthening of beekeeping farms

Ralitsa Koleva is a candidate for sub-measure 6.3. The current agricultural activity is aimed at raising bee families for the production of honey and bee products. The applicant for the measure intends to carry out certain activities and investments over the years in order to restructure and adapt his farm. In order to improve the quality of production and to meet the requirements for quality of food, and to modernize the overall activity, beekeeping equipment will be purchased, including an electric centrifuge and a print bathtub. It will continue to raise bee families and increase their numbers mainly through their own breeding activities and, if necessary, purchase them. It is envisaged that their number will increase by increasing by 35, so that by the year of inspection their total number will reach 160. An increase in the economic size of the farm will be achieved by at least 2000 euros. It will receive at least 18 hours of training on major environmental issues in agriculture.
