Dilyan Krasimirov Velev's agriculture is growing in the plant-growing sector - Fruits and Vegetables sector. The person manages 11,000 acres occupied with stone fruit cherries. The legal basis for use is a lease. The applicant plans to continue to develop in the same direction. The farm is located on the land of Rakitnitsa village, Stara Zagora municipality. It is not in a mountainous area but is within the range of nitrate vulnerable zones. The land of the village of Rakitnitsa does not fall within the scope of protected areas, but falls within protected areas - "Suzliyka River" - PA under the Habitats Directive and "Chirpan Hills" - PA under the Habitats Directive. No signs of soil erosion are observed. Certified seedlings were used. The rows in the permanent plantation are maintained in black fallow.
