Stayko Staykov has a registration as a farmer in the form of an individual. The applicant's farm develops in the priority sector "Livestock" and "Fruits and vegetables". The registration as a farmer was carried out for the first time on 27.04.2015. in the form of an individual. His farm is mixed, and in the current business year 2018/2019 he grows a plum orchard on an area of ​​4,594 acres in Apriltsi and bee families in total 73 in Apriltsi. The activity of raising bee families began in 1974. The property on which the apiary is registered has been leased with a contract for a free use right, concluded on 24.07.2019. The contract is long-term, 10 years and comes into force from 01.10.2018. It is notarized and registered at the Registry Agency and the Municipal Agriculture Office in Apriltsi. Prior to the conclusion of the Contract, he had used the same property since 2013. on the basis of the Official Note from the Municipality of Apriltsi for lands under art. 19 of the SPA, according to the KKKR of the town of Apriltsi with the property ID 52218.48.445. The centrifugation and storage of honey is carried out in a van within the apiary. It has no running water and no electricity. Bee families are conventionally bred. The economic size of the holding at the time of submission of the project proposal amounts to 7993,89 SDRs.
