Growing bee families and improving economic development in Krasimira Lavrinova's farm

Krasimira Lavrinova carries out her agricultural activity on the territory of Yankovtsi village, Gabrovo municipality, Gabrovo district. 123 bee families are grown in the apiary. The apiary was registered and registered at BFSA in 2016 with registration number 5345-0021, with a capacity of 100 pieces. In 2019, a new Certificate of Registration of an animal breeding establishment was issued, with the same apiary registration number and capacity for up to 200 bee families. The land of the village of Yankovtsi, where the apiary is located, is not included in the list of designated mountain areas as disadvantaged. According to the current farmer's questionnaire and questionnaire and the certified Inventory of Animals, 123 bee families are being raised on the holding at the time of application. The economic size of the holding is EUR 7861.11. The apiary is located in properties managed on the basis of a ten-year notarized lease agreement. The holding is not located in a nitrate vulnerable zone. The property where the apiary is located does not fall within the boundaries of a protected area within the meaning of the Protected Areas Act and within the boundaries of protected areas within the meaning of the Biodiversity Act. The bee hives that are being worked on are the Dadan Blat system and Langstrot-Route. All are numbered according to veterinary requirements. Bee families are conventionally bred. At present, no accounting is kept for the activity. The farmer has personal beekeeping equipment, a centrifuge, a maturator and a wax-mill to serve the apiary.
