IMPROVING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND STRENGTHENING NERJAN CHOLAKOVA'S FARM

The farmer carries out his agricultural activity in the land of the village of Ryhovans, General. Sevlievo, Reg. Gabrovo. In the current economic year the farmer cultivates the following crops: potatoes – 2.500 decares, pepper Outdoors – 5.000 decares, melons – 3.000 decares, other vegetables – cabbage – 4.898 decares and other vegetables – eggplant – 1.000 decares. According to an inquiry card and the attached forms to it, the agricultural areas used amounted to 16.398 decares. The economic size of the holding in the SPO is 7924.07 euros. A property is managed with a notarized lease agreement and a total amount of 16.398 decares. Fertilization of the crops is carried out mainly with organic/farmyard/fertilizer and in limited quantities of mineral fertilizers. Authorised plant protection products have been used on the holding until now. Plant protection products and fertilisers shall not be stored on the holding, but used immediately after purchase. All crops are cultivated under irrigation conditions. There is a drip irrigation system in the farm. No water sources. Water from Jaz is used for watering. Krapets, which is delivered under contract by "Irrigation systems " EAD. The farm is in the land of the village of Ryhovski, which is not covered by the designated disadvantaged mountainous areas. The entire holding is located in the nitrate vulnerable zone, as it is at an altitude below 300 meters, on the territory of Sevlievo municipality. The property, which is managed, does not fall within the boundaries of a protected area within the meaning of the Act to protected areas and within the boundaries of protected zones under the Biological Diversity Act. The terrain of the operated property is flat and the access is not difficult. All cultures have so far grown conventionally. The farmer shall submit an application for support under the direct payment schemes and measures and under the tied vegetable production scheme.
