The farm is located on the land of Cherganovo village, Kazanlak municipality. It does not fall within a mountainous area and is outside the nitrate vulnerable zones. The territory of Cherganovo falls within the scope of protected areas, but falls within a protected area - "Tundzha River 1" - PA under the Habitats Directive. It consists of two plots, characterized by sloping terrain. No signs of soil erosion are observed. Certified seedlings were used. The rows in the permanent plantation are maintained in black fallow. No water sources are found near the farm. The water needed for watering the crops is supplied with a tank.
