Small-scale farm development by increasing the number of bee families and purchasing equipment.

The farm is developing in the beekeeping sector. From the farmer's activity report for the 2018-2019 business year, 125 bees are grown in apiary. Bee families. Growing technology is extensive, no organic beekeeping is practiced. It is envisaged that the economic size of the farm, measured in the CSP (by at least 2000 EUR CSP), will be increased at the time selected for the verification of the implementation of this business plan and will be carried out by increasing the number of bee families. For this purpose the applicant will reproduce 35 new bee families through their own breeding activity - in the first two years (2020, 2021). Machines, equipment and equipment for the needs of the farm will be purchased - in order to increase honey production, the farmer plans to practice mobile beekeeping (2-3 times more honey and wax production) - plans to buy for this purpose a mobile beekeeping platform for bee hives. Because the apiary is located in a wooded area and is not accessible to electricity, the farmer intends to buy a photovoltaic system (solar power panel), which will be used only for the needs of the farm. The required number of bee hives to grow with the new bee families will be purchased. The farmer will acquire the necessary skills and competences on the major environmental issues in the agricultural sector to be provided by the NAAS, consultancy package TP 2 under sub-measure 2.1.2 "Consulting services for small farmers" of Measure 2 "Consulting services , Farm Management and Substitution Services ”of the RDP 2014-2020 (or will undergo training - 18 student hours). The farm will grow only in the beekeeping sector and by the year for the second payment and by the end of the project they will take care of the cultivation of at least 160 bee families.
