IMPROVEMENT OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND STRENGTHENING OF THE HOLDING OF PAVLIN PETROV

The farmer carries out his agricultural activity entirely in the land of the town. Gabrovo municipality, included in the list of mountainous disadvantaged areas. In the current agricultural year 8.999 decares of stone fruit species-plums are grown on the farm. The economic size of the holding is 6519.78 Euro SPO. The utilised agricultural areas are managed under irrigated conditions. There are no irrigation systems, as well as water sources. It manages one own property for which the applicant has a notary deed. The property was purchased in February 2019 and was planted by the applicant in March of the same year. The farm does not fall within the scope of Natura 2000 and does not fall within the sanitary security zones. The farm is not located in the nitrate vulnerable zone, as it is located on the territory of Gabrovo municipality. The property does not fall within the boundaries of a protected area within the meaning of the Act to protected areas and the boundaries of protected zones within the meaning of the Biological Diversity Act. The terrain of the utilised agricultural areas is slightly sloped. Access is not difficult. The farmer has no contract for control and certification for organic production. The farmer has submitted applications for support under the schemes and measures for direct payments. Sam organizes and manages his activities. No production personnel are assigned to the holding. No accounting records are currently being kept. The farm does not have its own agricultural machinery. Use external services if necessary. Plant protection products and fertilisers shall not be stored on the holding. No diary of chemical treatments and used fertilizers, soil improvers and biologically active substances is kept. No risk assessment has been developed at this time.
