Penyo Penev carries out agricultural activity in the lands of the village of Mladen, Sevlievo municipality and the village of Grablevtsi, municipality. Gabrovo. The farm is not entirely in a mountainous area, since the land of Mladen village / where it is apiary / does not appear in the list of mountainous areas. Only the property in the village of Greblevtsi / where there are perennials with plums / is in the list of designated as unfavorable mountain areas. The managed property does not fall within the boundaries of a protected area within the meaning of the Protected Areas Act and within the boundaries of protected areas within the meaning of the Biodiversity Act. According to the latest data from the Questionnaire and Questionnaire Forms, 6.6 ha of plums and bee families - 50 pieces are grown on the farmer's farm this year. The economic size of the holding is EUR 7977,28. Permanent crops are young and have not entered the fruiting period. The farm is located in two properties. The perennial property is its own, and the farmer has a notary deed and a current sketch. The other, where he is apiary, enjoys an indefinite lease, certified by a notary public and the Registry Agency. The farmer has a certificate for registration of his own breeding establishment № 259 / 04.06.2018 with a capacity of up to 100 bee families. The site is entered in the register of cattle-breeding establishments of the State Forestry Agency-c. Gabrovo with veterinary registration number 55428-0088. The bee hives that are operated are the Dadan Blat system and are numbered according to veterinary requirements. The applicant himself organizes and manages his business. All perennials and bee families are grown conventionally at the time of application under sub-measure 6.3. There are no production staff assigned to the farm. No accounting is currently maintained. The farm does not have agricultural machinery. No log is kept for chemical treatments. No risk assessment has been prepared.
