Development of the small farm by increasing the utilized agricultural land, creating an orchard - plums and buying a cultivator

It is envisaged to increase the economic size of the farm, as measured in the SPO (by at least 2000 EUR SPO) at the selected moment of verification of the implementation of this business plan, by increasing the arable agricultural area on the farm. Long-term agricultural land will be leased - at least 3 decares, on which a permanent plantation of stone fruit plum fruit will be created. For the needs of the farm, a motor cultivator will also be purchased, which will be used for milling small areas in the rows of gardens, mainly in the newly created ones, in places inaccessible to large machinery. The purchase of the cultivator will fulfill the requirement of the application guidelines - to make at least one investment in FTA. The farm will grow only in the crop sector and by the year for the second payment and by the end of the project will take care of the cultivation of 15.8 acres of raspberries and a minimum of 3.0 acres of permanent crops - plums. The farmer will continue to comply with the regulations on compliance with existing and newly introduced EU standards.
